Ok. Dunno what i have.
Was looking at formula s hubcaps. Look like what was hanging on the wall where i got my Barracuda. Hes not giving them up. I know it was a 273 4bbl. Had a vinyl roof(targa top?)
He obliterated the fender tag so i have no idea.will be checking seat for build sheet, maybe by some slim chance its still there. Advice?

"Gas station ****"?
LOL. No p**n here - we'll get in trouble! ;)
When they pulled in and started taking pictures - I had to capture that! Mentally I was justifying it as useful for the discussions on why preserve and what to preserve, but really - it just had to be done.
Actually was the pump for the town firestation and garage - both listed as 'intrusions' in the original assessment/listing nomination. These visistors obviously didn't see it that way!

What year is it? 65? We could see what was in the typical package - granted I *think* every S item could be bought seperately except the S emblems, but it would be some more clues.

here's one

Are you sure that those are strong enough to hold the car while you are under it???
I have 2 sets of ramps. One steel, one plastic. Not sure what they are rate for, but I trust the plastic more than the metal.

Although, I will be inspecting them before I use them again. Was looking at a ramp the neighbor has today. Chunk of plastic was broke out of the top. Like most plastics, I guess they get brittle with age...

Well I see everyone has been busy this evening.
Just cleaned up, had a few people over for food and drink.
Nice time I didn't realize how much I needed it.

Fly by...

It snowed 2" last night... I gotta clean off the car and hope the roads are clear....

Catch you all later...

Morning all....I don't use Monday, for some of us its ALWAYS Saturday.

I haven seen any “S” emblems in the pile of parts, and i dont recall if cluster has a tachometer.
Will know shortly. As it warms up around here i will be more willing to start sorting through things.

What style were the hubcaps the guy wouldn't sell you?? I have a couple different sets.

They are Rhino Ramps. Mine are same brand, but older style I believe. Just looked -rated at 3000 each (12000lb vehicle) Bought mine about 10 years ago because my Magnum front was too low to go up the steeper metal ones I have.

Yep, the Rhino ramps and yep rated for 12,000 pounds. Still use jack stands, anything can fail.
