depends where you are sitting and who you have to listen to at the time, my lady never bitches about anything ! she is from Kansas though
Just call her Dorothy and tell her you're getting ready to go tornado! LOL My wife is from Kansas also.

Just ran out to fill up the car for the work week. It’s 37* and raining sideways now...double yuck!

Full serve or self-serve?
Self serve. There are no gas stations around here that do full serve anymore, haven’t been for many years.

New Jersey does only full serve because you aren’t allowed to pump your own gas there by law.

You are a brave soul heading out in the blustery weather to fiil your car. The station i go to is full serve. I try not to go for gas when its ugly outside. Aparrently i’m one of the rare few that tips the gas jockeys.
Only at christmas, give the guys $20 apiece.

Its customary to tip at a restaurant,i figure those guys should get something too.

Thunder, wind and rain coming through for the next couple hours, then sunny and 60's tomorrow. Coffee is really good right now.

Had roast chicken. My favorite. Smashed taters and veggies.
Yum.

Just finished this one. Took a lot of work to get it right...

MMMMMMMM Big Burger!
That guy from Cashtown contact you? He should. I posted an explanation but he'ld be better of with you setting the distributor up. I'd be surprised if he takes it apart to adjust perches nevermind experiment with a different spring.

Thats' cool.
When I was a kid my Dad bought me a model of that car and a record that played an hour of recordings of the cars going by from places at LeMans. I used to play with the car in my room listening to the engines screaming by. Didn’t need video games to have fun!

Chicken soup about ready now. Salad and left over chuck roast with sweet and regular potaoes etc

Of all the soundscape, sound effects and related records - that's got to be a rarity - especially in the US. Really cool.

A few years later, Dad bought me the Tyco 24 hours of Lemans slot car set and that car was in the set. The headlights lit up and the guard rails were glow in the dark. Add the record and I would spend hours in the dark playing with it.

Have you been Simeon's Sports Car Museum? The one that's now down by the airport 'automall' area.

I have, pretty cool stuff there.

This is what the slot car looked like. The other bit of history is that car (number 20) is the one Steve McQueen started in the movie “LeMans”.
