wtf is up with these members here ?

Listen I don't care what anybody on here say's. There is no damn excuse for taking a month to ship parts. Everybody always says well maybe something happened. F that. That guy has a responsibility. He must complete his transaction. Your patient waiting a Month to out him. I would have done it a lot faster. Hope all works out for you buddy.
 
@royvillarreal lives in texas , austin i believe . thanks to all you that have responded , i do people fair as they treat me . and for feed back . it seems there is a deal url required . and if you post an ad from a cel , you can get in to get a required deal url code . so no feed back can get posted on the sale . so i even had toolmanmike help with it on @warlord79's feed back . tried but it wouldn't take . so this is making me think two or three times about making any purchases from the membership . getting burned twice don't played in favor for more .
 
i did paypal friends n family so he would receive the whole amount . after all we are a brotherhood . and i've had very good people that i've dealt with here , buying and selling . oh and @roy villarreal is the no parts guy , and @warlord79 had the under sized turnable rotors .
 
thanks for naming names. Seems these kind should be banished for eternity. Were the moderators any help?
 
this Roy guy I've heard of before but nothing negative until now , but that doesn't mean he hasn't been busy collecting peoples cash. warfag I've never heard of. probably needed another sack of meth. rotors are cheap enough these days I don't f with used.

You're telling me we can't leave bad feedback for sleazeballs after a bad deal? I can't believe that.
Either way if a member got screwed the bums should be thrown out permanent. And whatever else they deserve.......

Well there's roughly 48,000 members and only 50 people that regularly post. I've bought from 4 members and sold to 4 different members. None of them are regular posters here. No problems at all, but these were all face to face cash deals after a phone call to feel each other out. In fact they were all great people.

As far as the guys in question here...communication goes a long way. Most of us are not panseys. We've been around the block. Your old lady kicked you out, you spent the money, whatever...give the man a call and explain yourself and fix it. I have more respect for an employee who calls and says he's hung over,but will work late, than one who doesn't call at all.

Was a Moderator several years back. Unless things have changed...the site, and its staff, has 0 to do with any sales. Classified section....use at your own risk.

It’s not smart to pay anyone with friends and family on paypal unless you know them personally. Pay the extra few dollars next time and this won’t happen again.
 
I have bought and sold quite a bit on here. The one thing I have learned is to never Paypal Friends and Family. We are talking about 3%! If your purchase is $500, the fee is only $15.

I have been paying it if the seller throws a fit, or negotiate the selling price down. Its not worth the headache, if **** goes sour.

Now that being said, I just don't understand how people can do that to someone. I wonder if he took your money and the other members, who was interested, but only sent parts to one guy.

For every nice patch of grass that people feel comfortable in, there is at least one snake that makes its home in it...to feed on the unsuspecting.
 
i'm inquiring with a pm to the other interested pretty now , too see if he received the parts and not me . since i paid for them in full and shipping as well . so i'll keep everyone informed on the out come of that conversation with @y2swinger69 .
 
I purchased 4 small bolt ralleyes from Roy about 5 years ago.
I know where he lives and did not have problems with him then.
I could go by this weekend and see what is up?
Hope he is okay and this gets resolved,

Good idea. Just a thought. What payment method do you have linked to your PayPal? If it is a credit card, you may call them and try disputing it?
 
txdart , thats great , if you would please find out wtf is his deal . i hope he alright and just spent the shipping money . but to just blow me off is not right . so if you could i will pay you for your fuel and eats are on me as well . just get me some results please . and if i must eat the shipping costs again , i'll paypal you , but not him . i don't wish the man harm , but this seemed the best way to get to him . but if he sold them twice and delivered them to the other guy , i want my money back !

Somehow by your posts, I always thought you were a younger guy.......... interesting.

400 + bucks is way too much to be thrown down the drain. I hope it works out that you get your money back or something of equal value.

@Rainy Day Auto , 62 years on earth still looking through 18 year old eyes . i'll be building cars until i die or go broke . witch it seems people are willing to help with , lol .
