Mom used to bread Spam and fry it. Like a tenderloin. Dip in egg and roll it in cracker crumbs. Yum! You can dip it in flour, cracker crumbs or even in Panko.
Will bring some for Carlisle! It is awesome on a BBQ!

Me too! This was only on oak for 3 weeks or so but tasts pretty good. First a little taste of alcohol, then some oak, then a hint of vanillia, then a sweet finish.

I'm going to go to Doug's in a little bit to give him a bottle of Revel Stoke.... He fixed my Impala for me and didn't charge me too much, so I'm going to throw in a bottle of the Pecan Whiskey... I gave some to him before and he loves it....
That bourbon should be fine. May be even better that it got shook up. When it settles and is filtered it will be good. I wouldn't mind a bottle just because it was involved in the building collapse. Heck it might be worth even more now.LOL
