If you want to buy a new set of bushed T/A rockers I know where there is a set. Also know where there is a new set of shafts to go with them if you are interested.

Hot rumor of the day - reproductions hopefully coming soon. ;-)

I have a friend with these T/A offset bushed rockers that are new in the box. I measured them, so I know they are T/A offset. The issue is no one knows what the part numbers are so they are afraid of them. Can you tell me if you know anything about these rockers? They are in MoPar Performace boxes.

That is intake left, intake right and the exhaust. I know what they are but I can't find anything on the part numbers. You know anything about them?

Back in around 85 I scored a pair of T/A heads but got no rockers with them. Thought I had struck gold, not so, I went to Dick Landy's place in Cali whilst on holiday and bought home some new W2 rockers/shafts, had rockers bushed. Well after about 2 days of grinding etc. to get them to fit I thought it would be ok, on track and up to around 6000rpm they were fine, over that I'd bend a few pushrods, probably me not getting something quite right on those 2. So W2's can be made to work if you can't get T/A's. You guys probably know all this anyway. Wish I had a bit more knowledge back then and used the stock heads, would've gone faster with a bit more rpm.

I tried looking up those part numbers in my late 70's early 80's DC catalog, but came up with nothing. This is the first time that I have heard of bushed T/A rocker arms.
If you can, post a picture of a couple of the arms.

A few years ago I sold a set of 273s that I had sitting on the shelf here on FABO.
Didnt look close.... they were T/As...sold em cheap too...lol

'Bushing' happens after the original rockers wear to bring them back within tolerance.

Tiny image, but those appear to be W2 / W5 rockers.

no current need Y R thanks
I've never seen new in box bushed
you can move the adjusters around to move over or change the ratio
Ford adjusters and set up on the mill
have to change pushrods to bigger cups and relieve next to the shaft
and they accused us of CHEATING

I knew one of you guys would remember ... They may have been W2s that I had rounded up for my 1st W2 build but ended up using Norris rockers...
I had already committed to the deal so I felt compelled o follow thru with it.

Can 273 adjustable rockers be used as the exhaust rockers on W2 heads?

yes....

My aarcuda is in the shop in the beginning process of a restoration, I have the engine home with me, going to go thru it even though it has been only 10k miles since it was rebuilt back in 79. I am going to send the rockers off to RAS in north California to be rebuilt and bushed. I scored a new set of shafts off ebay many years ago...for 35 dollars for the set,,,

Good score on the shafts. All I need now are offset shafts and stands and my W2s are ready!

I have NIB bushed T/A rockers. With the part numbers on the box. I measured them and compared them to two sets of W-2 rockers I have and they are T/A rockers.

The problem is no one can find the MoPar Performance part numbers. I don't have any MP catalogues from the late 90's and early 00's which is where I think these came from.

I have an almost complete collection of DC catalogues but do not recall bushed rocker- but then I forget lots of things

W2 rockers were bushed. The econo W2 rocker arms were umbushed. I have never seen factory made, bushed T/A rocker arms. Yet...
