What is everyone's thoughts on PPG Omni Plus bc? I want to do plum crazy pearl and use SPI's universal clear.

The Omni is $800 cheaper than the PPG DBC.
 
Hey I have sprayed that same color in plus. Looks great. The plus stuff has a little more vibrance or chroma, more pop then the usual Omni. It might not be as bright and eye popping as Delton. I would do it and save the money for an awesome clear. Pretty smart thinking on the plus stuff. Hope I helped.
 
Also promise me you will use a slow reducer. A lot of people are in love with medium which makes things tougher then they need to be.
 
I've used it a few times. Sometimes the opacity is limited and you end up using twice as much product for coverage. Depends on the color. Also the reducer you use has so many variables you don't just use "SLOW". Take in account air temp, size of the job, booth conditions....

Thanks for your comments. I settled on motobase in Plum Crazy Pearl (2016 version)
