We still do not have the appraisal. Supposed to be by May 8, then last Friday "definitely" by Monday. The banker doesn't have control of the appraiser giving him the appraisal, but he should have control or enough experience to know not to promise a date that may slip. Hope this week as we have to break ground in June.

Somebody will buy it and sell the key rings for NOS @ $5 a piece.
It is because it's a 7 month build and we were hoping to not spend another winter in the RV. Also can't do anything financially as loan not yet fully approved. On top of that there's a family situation involving my mother and sister, just need to get the house started!
