I bought my 1974 dodge dart 360 sport 4 speed and some parts came in a box so I do not know what the 2 wedges and big thick nut is for and where do they go thanks

LOL. Make sure they are for a different make. Sell a Dodge and put in some Ford and GM parts. Make sure that FOMOCO and GM are not present. Also, toss in a few Lowes parts.next time i sell a car, i'm going to put a box of unrelated stuff in the trunk to keep the next owner "busy"...

Thank you so much mopar mike that is where I put it I was joking when I posted it in the plug hole just a little humorCircled in red. The nut goes behind the lower booster brace. Its a large hex nut (about 3/4") with small threads (5/16 I think). It gives the brace more surface are so the sheet metal does not crack. Without these two braces that booster really moves around.
It goes just to the left of the oval hole (used for manual trans linkage, plugged for auto)
