Morning guys. Had the worst acid reflux ever last night. Up 3 times and hardly slept. Landed up on the couch upright from 3:30 till 8 but still didn't get much sleep. Feeling a little better today but will catnap during the day I'm sure. Wouldn't wish this on anyone friend or foe.
It's cool out but nice and sunny. May go out for a walk later and blow the cobwebs out.

Morning Mark, my dad suffered with that real bad I feel for you , he would slowly sip water glass after glass till it settled down .

I'm home and had a great trip hanging around my friend Lon and checking out his 67 that is gorgeous.
I learned a lot about transmissions while watching him rebuild mine and the knowledge I got from it was more than what the total trip cost me. Thanks Lon for putting up with me..

Yea kick down linkage was not set up right and fried the clutches.
I now know how to set it up right and why it is important to have it adjusted right.
It controls the fluid flow in the tranny not just the shift point.

Yeah not nice for sure Biff. I use Gaviscon tablets and liquid if real bad. My throuat was so sore last night from the acid burning I had a popsicle and would half swallow it so the ice would settle in the back of my throat. The water helps for sure. My voice is a little hoarse today but I'm feeling better that I did. I didn't get much sleep last night being up 3 times but did grab a nap this afternoon.
The I went for a ride up to the cemetery. It's 33 years tomorrow Dad died and supped to rain so went up there today.
The Shite Hawks were just nuts up there and had to watch where you walked.
It was cold and windy but nice and sunny.
This is the Vets section where both mom and dad are. It overlooks the golf course where they used to play.

Tonight for dinner is my famous canned chili and hot dog. Driving long distance makes me tired and not about to cook a good meal.
