Missed your post but hell yea a great lunch buddy.
She is my apprentices little girl ,the other day she wanted to give me a kiss goodbye melted my heart , all my nieces and nephews are grown now so tough to even see them now . I’ll post a pic of her last year .tomorrow on my coffee it’s amazing how fast they grow.

Cleaned the Scamp up today, I really think this will be my last car that I restore and my first for myself. Really sad I made lots of mistakes and not what I wanted but money is tight and I did what the budget allowed. She shows good but I see the flaws and would like to repaint the car but I just don't have it in me to do it again our the money. Pictures yes.
Only you can see the flaws. That car is a beauty, you do fantastic work. Enjoy the weekend. Nice thing about retirement is you don't have to rush home for Monday work.

I'm excited tomorrow I go to Fargo to have my Scamp windows tinted and after that I'm gonna go visit my old friend SLO and sip a few different flavors of whiskey and spoil his dog with good treats. His Demon is on the road and gonna go check it out.
Have a safe journey Fred and say Hi to John. Line them up on the road and give er.

It's a gorgeous car Fred and the best thing is that you built it all yourself except the engine and trans build. Every car has it's flaws, I bet if you checked out a show car you'd find a flaw somewhere. Some people would run anything down because they don't own it. You have nothing to apologize for, it's a winner in my books and would be proud to earn it.

My lunch buddy drinking my smoothie notice the purple ring between her eyebrows

She's gorgeous. Our neighbour's almost 3yr old granddaugther is cute as a button. Every time she sees me she always calls my name. She told me to take her for a ride in her car yesterday. She got in and clicked her seat belt and was ready to go. I told her to toot the horn which squeaks and away we went down the sidewalk. On the way back our one neighbour has a 9 month old Husky so took her to see him. It was cure as a button to see them interact. Fun times. She just got a new sister so I have another one to have fun with.

An old co-worker brought me in his lawnmower on Wed. He said it won't start. YA THINK? He ran it low on oil and there a nice hole in the block and of course seized right up. He said he heard a bang, a rattling noise and then a poof of smoke.

You think people would figure to check the oil before starting. lol

Are you feeling ok DIY? You called it a pandemic.

i know, my go to is "scamdemic" (and thanks for noticing)
but that wouldnt flow with the comment i made to biff

Would you do that with the Duster? Doubt it.

its only origenal once?

but no, i take better care of the duster
on a side note...i never been chased home by the cops for mudding in a city park with the Duster, so i dont treat them both the same

i probably shouldnt admit to this but my lawnmower is about 15 years old...and still on its original oil
That's amazing but at this point what the hell why change it now.
My Uncle was the same he never changed oil on any of his engines.

Do the maintenance on the lawnmower engine and they'll last forever DIY. I change the oil and sharpen the blade every year. Think about it, they are air cooled and run in extreme heat and usually the air filter is half plugged and expected to run like a top. 15 minutes of your time is all it takes and you'll be a happy camper.

Think about saving yourself 400 bucks for a new decent one and that might change your mind. You also have a rider too don't you? Blow those up and see what the bill is on an 18+ HP engine.
