Had a great time hearing aids died 2nd day 4th day moose snuck up on me never got a shot off. Oh well that’s why it’s called hunting otherwise they’d call it killing. Good quality time with son. Sad to have to come back to civilization. But I kinda missed you guys. Two weeks and muzzle loader deer opens get more of my bush fix then.
Glad you had a good time with your son that's better than the meat.
Missed ya buddy glad your back.

Damn CF looks like your coming down with the flu, so best not to go to work and spread it with others. :D
Well Fred got the A running not bad. Finally got it timed properly. Ran but shitty narrowed it down to a bad adjustment needle and seat. Tuned one of the bad ones I had with a pencil sharpener. Works way better but wrong angle so I have to break open my piggy bank and spend the $14.70 plus shipping and taxes for new ones. How can something so simple be so complicated.

I'm not good with carbs but lucky me mine seems to be good.
My Cousin is here from Washington and grew up with model A's and has been helping me with mine. Looks like I need new bearings in my transmission but he said everything else is fine, so winter project I'll fix it.

Not to doubt your cousin but check the ears on the flywheel housing there should be two 3 thou shims between it and the block on under each ear. Mine didn’t have them and the trany howled in 2nd. Rebearinged trany still howled. Found out about shims installed them tranny shut up haven’t heard a peep out off it since

Always good to get another opinion I remember you telling me to check that out.

Hi Guys... go home at noon today and found someone had broke into the garage. Nothing was stolen but looks like whoever is was was sitting in the Cuda. Can't see any damage to the car thank goodness. The main lights were on inside which was the first thing we noticed then found the screen on the garage window was slashed and they must have bumped the dead bolt on the small entry door to get in.
I called the cops at 12:30 and still waiting for a cruiser to come around. Maybe I better call the donut shop to see if someone is still coming. Right now I got a 2x4x8 bolted to the wall securing the side door with 8" 1/4" screws securing it to the wall.
Just hope and pray the hydro doesn't go off LOL
Other that that we had a good time with our grandson.
He and I spent about 6 hrs (no exaggeration) cleaning my son's Equinox inside and out. He drives it back and forth to work and a lot on dirt roads. Then I taught him how to change the oil on the garden tractor, Snow Blower and Power washer. I made sure he got his hands dirty. LOL
He asked me how to get his hands clean and I jsu7t laughed and handed him some dish soap. Never had oil and grease on his hands before. Good times though. Glad I'm home for a rest.

Getting broke into sucks. If they didn’t take anything what’s the deal. Tee hee we broke in and we’re bad. Around here my dog Nash would tear them a new hole. And I would be making sure the car their driving wouldn’t be going anywhere. Then a call to the cops. At least the car would be here. Family time is time well spent. Just spent a week in the remote bush with my son it was awesome. Looking forward to whitetail season and spending time with both my boys

Glad you had a good time Mark but sorry about getting broke into.

Got the u-joint replaced and took it for a good road test, no vibration or strange noises so I call it good. Only have another week or two until it gets parked for the four letter word season.

Amazed at how tough that B&M transmission pan is, it took a solid hit.

So another cop came last night and dusted for prints and got some real good ones off the outside of the window and then more off the door of the Cuda. Just hope they can match them up and catch the SOB's. At least they didn't take anything or damage the car which is mind boggling that nothing got stolen.
BTW Morning guys. Nice to be home even after a great weekend with the grandson.

Sure glad the Cuda didn't get damaged that would really hurt. Time for some security cameras Mark, I ordered some and hope to have them soon.

Getting broken into sucks, very fortunate that nothing is missing, makes me wonder if it was a kid looking for a thrill. Get some cameras at least then you might be able to see who did it. Well worth the $$

Did they dust the gas cap area? Sucks to think about it, but anyone that would break into your garage would probably have no problem doing something to your car... the old sugar in the gas tank trick or worse. Check it over real good. Hate to hear about this stuff, I've been there.

Morning men ,all I can tell you is if you beat them with a bat do not hit them in the head you could kill them and go to jail ! But if you just crush there knee cap that’s ok
