or breaking some kind of code? i thought this dude was just doing some kind of repairs. its been here like this for a month now and now its got the crapper hooked up to the cleanout sewage plug to the house, water hooked up and the AC running. it certainly is an eye sore for the neighborhood at the very least. looks very dangerous too sitting on the steep slope in that driveway

“That there’s an RV”. Call the township or city and let them sort it out but it’s probably fine.

Not ok here. Contact City Hall, your Councilman, or Code Enforcement.

We put a couple of our kids up in a trailer but that was in the backyard for about 2 months.....tested my resiliency

Have a neighbor down the road , had two trailers parked on his property and occupied , one is still there about 2 years but this is the county.
I guess depends on where you live.

it was in his backyard for about two months but i guess it was moved to the driveway so the crapper could be hooked up in the front yard. its been like in the picture for a month now. this neighborhood is turning into the HOOD very quickly it seems

its in the middle of a major city in a supposed used to be? middle class neighborhood

in the condition its in i would call it questionable to be used as a deer camp in the middle of the woods somewhere. its a total POS

Looks like a nice home. The least they could do is wash it.
I suppose if one of my kids were close to living in a car or on the street. I wold allow FOR A TIME but I would do it a little different.

Do you see that sort of thing (boats, campers, company vehicles) happening in the area? My guess no. Check for an ordinance limiting length of time unless a permit was granted. Our area has a 3 day/night limit.

It may be legal if their not charging rent

and i believe this dude is a cop. i am sure he thinks hes above the law.
He may just know it very well.
If the occupant is a student and/or a spawn, there can be tax and financial aid loopholes for the both parties.

all i know is with my luck i would have a 1000 dollar fine and a court date if i ever attempted that.
