Stop in for a cup of coffee

Is that like Folger's, but from the Dollar Store :poke:
Just plain ol' Folgers. MIL brought it. Those little complimentry packets from the resort only make 2 cups. We make a full sized pot full.

It's Six Pack Sunday!

We had Modifieds.
The one thing we didn't have was all of those sponsor's artwork about the place. Last night and next week were kind of a surprise to everyone involved in SoCal dirt track racing. The place was packed with spectators. You would have though the World of Outlaws had come to town. Good car count, bout 90 cars in 4 classes. If the new track owner would get rid of that vision he has of it being a multi-purpose amphitheatre that also includes a race track, he might make some money at it next year. That county's supervisors are not going to let him operate outside the 50 year old permits in place already. Being built on a Federal Wetland doesn't help matters any :lol:.

Got a start to installing the hardware cloth (weird name to me) around the garden. Well, started the dirt prep anyway, two passes around the garden with the rototiller, now have to pull back the dirt at the bottom rail. The wire goes two feet up and hog rings to the chain link with the other foot down to be buried so those little rabbits will hurt their little diggers! They've ate the hell out of my green beans, just a single stalk left no leaves. Also got half of my peas, at least we got one picking out of those.

What size mesh and how far underground are you setting it?

I bought 1/2 inch squares, 36"x100 ft. rolls, going to put up two feet high so they can't jump up to dive through it, will slope remaining 1 foot away, guessing 4-6 inches or so. I'm thinking the further out it goes the better because I think they'll start digging fairly close to the bottom rail.

So I just ran into a former coworker. Haven't seen him in many years. I asked him if he had ever done anything with the 67 GTX Hemi 4spd car sitting side his shop. Nope. Still sitting there. Since the 70's. What a shame. :(:wtf::BangHead:

I use this stuff from Mothers. It's got a drill attachment. Has three steps of sanding discs. Also has a polished bonnet with polish as the last step. I've used this kit several times after trying different stuff. I used it on my '08 Cadillac when I first got it 3 years ago. They still look good. Takes about an hour to do both lenses.

Probably similar. I've been using these 3M kits for years with good results. Then use PlastX on the same pads to freshen them up if they get a little dull.

Dislike.....:wtf::(

Hired the a guy to split my firewood. $150. Budget wise, doesn't really make sense. A lot of it is Silver Maple, which is not even very good fire wood. But it is here, and it will burn. If his price was any higher I would have given this away and bought a cord of Oak for 200. LOL After spending most of my available time doing the bathroom for the last 2 months I need to take something off my list. And that is the thing most likely to cause a strain or something that would stop me from getting other stuff done. The good news is the new crapper is installed and I just put up a grab bar by the shower. So, other than adding any little junk on walls...IT IS DONE!

Damn dude, oak here goes for 65 per. Hey do you burn Beech?

Don't know how they could do that. The labor to cut and split it is more than that if they got the trees for free.
Checked with my buddy that sells it, he says a cord here is 8 feet long, stacked 4 ft tall, 18 inch long pieces
