I agree, I smoke chicken and ribs with oak and Hickory, keep my trimming and lay one down now and then.
Guys down south know how to smoke meat that's for sure. Up here not so much but I just bought a cheap smoker and gonna give it a try.
 
Nope the boss just saves a few days a month just for doing windshields. Think he gets a discount when ordering in bulk.
Yep, I bet thats the best way, and it keeps the dust down by no body work going on much at the same time

What do they call it when you cut the chicken back bone out ? Spatchcock.. a brine is a must for smoked chicken, yummm, look it up :thumbsup:

I'll do that thanks Mike, Think I'll start out doing small amounts for now till I get it down good then smoke the whole thing.

Or you can do a beer can if you like whole chicken.
