Still pulling to left after alignment

Just had an alignment done mainly due to the car pulling hard to the left, as in I let go of the wheel and the car will make a 90 degree left turn.

Got the call from the shop saying it was aligned but pulling to the left still, yay. They said it could be because one of the tires is further in front of the other (driver is actually 1” in front of the passenger tire). Or could be the treads on the tires but they seem to be worn even.

All new QA1 UCA, LCA, adjustable struts, tie rods.

Was hoping to get some direction from you guys. Definitely going to try to adjust the struts more.

Power Steering? If so, there is an adjustment at the box to gain neutral steering. The steering will actually turn by itself if both front wheels are jacked off the ground, and the engine is running.

I don't see any reason why it would pull. If your tires are the same size rotate one side front to back. If different size rotate the fronts and see if the pull changes.
 
Well, there's a glaring reason why it will pull to the left. It has almost ONE DEGREE LESS caster on the left. You can TRY crossing the two front tires to rule out a radial tire pull, but I bet that's not it. The caster is certainly what's doing it.

You don't have to do all of that. Just watch the wheel when you start it up. If it kicks one way or the other you got a problem.

I'm only seeing .6 difference. Just right for the crown of the road though i prefer to us camber for the crown of the road.

I don't like any crown of road adjustments in the alignment. .6 is enough for a pull from caster. I would still recommend crossing the front tires just to see.

It looks like .6 of a degree but I sure can't see that blurry chart. The more caster on the right is probably to compensate for road crown. No camber spread that I can see.
 
Sounds pretty radical for a slight caster difference. I'm no expert though.
Yeah I missed how hard the pull was on my response on caster. I'd bet money it's a radial tire pull.
 
Cross the front tires first. It's free. It will either stop pulling, or pull to the right, I bet.
 
I have not seen a radial tire pull described as a hard pull like the OP describes though it is all subjective at this point.
 
I would surely think. In my experience, I've seen brake drag rarely cause a pull without the brakes depressed.
You have apparently never driven a car with a collapsed hose or a stuck piston. Jack it up and you can't spin the wheel by hand.

Car will pull to the side with the shortest wheel base but I see no setback measurement. I also see no SAI measurement. S.A.I. Difference can cause a pull too.
 
I had a persistent problem similar to OP. It took a long time to find out that when the drums were turned they didn't get all the way to the bottom of one of the drums when they turned that side...
 
Thanks for all the input. I will try to raise the front and see if the tires move when turned on. And if that’s not it and one of the brakes isn’t stuck or not turning I’ll cross the tires and see where that gets me.
