Stop in for a cup of coffee

Out this morning for breakfast at one of my other favorite cafes Cafe Lan. They do a great job of decorating here for different occasions over the year. Obviously the occasion right now is Tet. They set these new places up for people to come and take pictures. Lots of people take advantage of that.

A radio station in Alabama was forced to go silent after thieves stole its 200-foot radio tower and other equipment from a building.
The station, WJLX, sent a landscaping crew to the site Friday morning for spring cleaning, only to find the 200-foot radio tower gone. When a crew member called the station’s general manager to break the news, he was in disbelief.

Almost 1:30 and cant sleep. Hotel is on same property as airport, and planes are steady taking off. Ya,can’t sleep. Drive in to city was sketchy, rain when we started turned into snow. 4wd and 50 mph. Was a slow trip. But beats trying to drive in at 3:00 am.

Morning Mike, how's life on the hill today?
Much better now that my shop ceiling is done, it's been tuff, busy but well worth it.
Never want to go threw that again, not without a bunch more help anyway, thanks, the hill is beuityful and humble now

I carry ear plugs in my truck for shooting, never tried sleeping with them in.

I was thinking that you all would get a big kick out of this. Most people have heard of a "Boatload". But have you ever heard of a "Goatload" ?????? Kkkkkkkk

Good evening Mitch, thank for the first laugh of my day, makes everything better.
Enjoy your evening as I look out the window to 64 degrees on this February day.

Party at Mama's house today. Got there around noon and stayed until 5:00. P.m.. a friend of ours has a new Mazda CX3. I think it's a 2023. She's afraid to drive it. She's letting us use it to get around when we need more space than just a motorcycle. Only has 1500 km on it. And she's had it for almost a year. She has two motorcycles herself, and like I said afraid to drive it herself. They love when the American with 50 years experience drives the car around and takes them where they want to go. No worries but maybe I should be collecting taxi fees??

Another lovely day on the California beaches :D
Yesterday just before sunset.
The weather geeks did confirm today that it was indeed a tornado.

EF1 is weak but scary enough. Wait until they survive an F3 or larger.

Hey Y'all

Fri-yay at least...

Be safe out there Scott.

This weekend, I hink I'll take a look at how much of a PITA it will be to relocate the battery back under the hood instead of having it in the trunk

So Scott do I need to change your name on the Coffee Shirt?

When we drive in and stay near the airport before a trip, we bring a small box fan. Turn it on and it drowns out the planes and hotel noise. I get up the next morning and leave it in the car as we head to the airport.
