There is always coffee... it's all i have had today..i'm going back on intermittent fasting.... i have been eating soo bad that it really was taking a toll.. breakfast at 11.. last meal at 6..

Anyway, i hope you guys's projects are going well... i stopped everything in november and haven't done more than walk past my car.. winter stopped me dead this year. Starting to get back in the mood... i yanked out the PST 20:1 box after 20 miles and put in a bergman power steeering setup.. soo much nicer. and soo much money but worth it.
