Recently purchased the MA77902 front end rebuild kit from Classic Industries for my original 1970 Dart 340 Swinger with the factor manual front disc brakes and discovered both the upper and lower ball joints for both sides are incorrect. I have been able to locate locally replacements for the uppers and the RH lower only none of the auto parts do not even list a part. Any assistance with part numbers for both side lowers and additionally the manual brake master cylinder would be greatly appreciated. Car is unrestored and has all the factory steering and braking build sheet attached for reference.

Is the car still small bolt pattern? Drum and disc have a different part number. May have received a set of drum lower ball joints. Uppers are the same.

If the upper is too big, you may have received the 73+ upper/lower set.

Small ball joint numbers
Upper - Moog K704
Lowers
k7023
K7021

That's from memory.... YMMV :)

I have 2 brand new lower ball joints and some good used ones too I want to sell because I am going to 11.75 inch front brakes.

I think I bought them off ebay March 2023

What's incorrect about the lowers? if it's just the bolt size, you can always drill them out to the disc brake size bolt.

DRUM brake lower ball joints attach to the spindle using 1/2 inch diameter bolts.
DISC brake lower ball joints attach to the spindle using 9/16 inch diameter bolts.
If you currently have Drum brake lowers, just drill them out to 9/16, or have someone drill them out to that size if you don't have a drill bit that big.
Easy, peasy.

Do you have the part numbers just want to make sure they are correct my mechanic has located the RH side but if you have the correct LH and RH lowers and can ship out tomorrow I would be very interested.

Thanks Jim, does it matter the drum brake size? Either 9 or 10 will work to drill out for disc?
