360 hydraulic lifter failure

Fixed after 123 posts.....probably deserves a thank-you prayer to Allah....
Ah, that's just a bunch of back-and-forth. This was an easy fix compared to others I've worked on this stupid car.

... and I still don't know if it will overheat or not.
 

To close this out, I took a short drive today and there was no overheating. I'm not sure if the fan or the pulley fixed it, or maybe it took both to close it out. So for now it's OK, and there's nothing left for me to change out if it isn't LOL.

My drive was short because I've got a rocker adjuster backing off. I suspect that was a big part of my valvetrain noise that triggered all this, but those other lifters were noisy as hell on both sides, and these are quiet until the adjustment on #7 exhaust rocker backs off. So I don't regret changing the lifters at all.
