Free sand blasting available here today. We'll just take parts to the dunes and anchor it down. Mother Nature will take care of it after that.

I don't know if it is still in business, but there was an outfit out in the dunes that produced sand blasting sand. Processing plant and sacking plant. The contractor I worked for when I was an apprentice frequently had their product on the jobs for the concrete guys. Used for sand blasting the rebar when necessary and for making the concrete bondo material for patching the bad spots in the concrete.

I need to do some patching in my cement driveway sometime soon.

If I remember right, they used to add Wilhold glue to their cement and sand bondo mix. Most poured in place concrete walls use either a screw type device or snap ties to hold those vertical forms in place and they both leave a small shallow hole in the wall when forms are removed and have to be patched.

Anyone know where to get something like this cheap? Want them for my trans lines to keep them together... places i find are a mopar oem part at $20 a pop

Rained last night, and early this morning.
Been difficult keeping up when im trying to get caught up around here. Trying to clean shop after that week of rust repair on the avalanche. Every bench is full, and dusty. Trying to put stuff away, but im feeling sorta lazy.

Car show in nine days, want to get trucks cleaned up, make a seat cover for the Studebaker..
