They do. In their Super Tech brand. Their Super Tech motor oil consistently scores high in testing.I would probably buy a Walmart house brand.... if they offered one!

True. But not in the filter number i need. Oil or air filter. At least, not in the store. Walmart can get anything on line. I just don't do that. They do. In their Super Tech brand. Their Super Tech motor oil consistently scores high in testing.
I don't shop on line either, I believe in supporting our local stores, if they ever close up then look out as the online prices will go up significantly.True. But not in the filter number i need. Oil or air filter. At least, not in the store. Walmart can get anything on line. I just don't do that.
Rob's (crackedback) famous quote of "paralysis by analysis" come to mind.I have never experienced any problems or failures due to any brand oil filter I have ever used in nearly 40 years of daily/normal street use driving with 3k oil changes. That includes Walmart Super-tech and even Fram.
Any product can fail … and I have had the worst luck with “high end”, higher priced products, in general. It’s all “Ford or Chevy”, “Coke or Pepsi”, “Republican or Democratic” … nobody is really going to talk someone into or out of whatever they prefer or are comfortable with. I am just saying I have never had any failure with an oil filter and being upfront that I change them every 3-3,500 miles. If someone “wants” to pay $25 or more for an oil filter, that is their choice. IMHO, I don’t feel its always necessary but, just like I can’t bring myself to run synthetic oil more than 3,500 … do whatever gives you the “warm and fuzzies”.The thing is, even if you never had a problem with a product, it can still be inferior.
