East TN Mopars is hosting their 36th Annual Mopar show on June 28th, 2025. This is a good show that has been running for 36 years now. There's a reason it has had such a good run......and that is because the show is WELL run. The show is held in a nice park, just a stone's throw from the Knoxville Zoo. Come on out to show your support for this club who works so hard to put on such a great Mopar show and swap meet.

FYI for folks going to Knoxville on I-40 west out of NC. My wife & her sister just went to a quilt show in Pigeon Forge today, and said the traffic wasn't near as bad as they expected due to only having one lane in each direction along where the Helene repairs are being made. She said traffic is slower due to the 35 mph speed limit, but traffic never stopped. She did say that when they were eastbound on the way back, you REALLY get the real picture of the damage to the interstate. If you go to the show this way, drive safe and have patience.

I-40 is closed once again! There was a big landslide at exit 451, just inside the TN state line. Crews are working hard to get the interstate back open but may not have it open by the 28th. NC folks heading west to Knoxville can take I-26 west from Asheville over to Kingsport, TN and then hit I-81 south to get back on I-40 west to Knoxville.

ATTENTION NC SHOW GOERS!

I-40 is back open to TN, one lane each direction in the gorge, just like it was before the rockslide that closed the interstate 9 days ago. The work zone is active as crews continue to work on Hurricane Helene damage, so obey the slower speed limit.

Lol, the reason they taste so good is they were cheese crackers with no nutritional value what so ever, but they taste great!
