Charcoal canister part identification

Hi!

What is this „loop“ actually called and did it come with every charcoal canister equipped car? My brother has it too on his 72 Swinger.
Looking for it btw.

I think it's just called a strap for hoses & wires to keep them from hanging loose, if that's the thing you're asking about. Detroit Muscle Tecnologies probably has them. Chrysler used them a lot.
