Good luck and keep us updated.overslept today a bit. Woke up to the State Command Sergeant Major calling me. Word has apparently spread already of my pending retirement.
I’m not holding my breath. How this works is, the State decides if I should be recommended for the retirement, but big Army at Fort Knox and Fort Gordon actually get to make that decision. So nothing is official until they do.
You need a cartridge and a stylus or just the stylus. Send a pic of what you're working on and I may be able to hook you upHey who is into Vintage Stereo's here I need a needle for a older AR turntable, where do you get them?
I believe just a cartridge with a stylus. Have to drag it out. Looks like this have to get the model of it, prob a drive belt also. Think ARXA?You need a cartridge and a stylus or just the stylus. Send a pic of what you're working on and I may be able to hook you up
There's a good site called Vinyl Engine that has a ton of good info, saw posts that included the XA.I believe just a cartridge with a stylus. Have to drag it out. Looks like this have to get the model of it, prob a drive belt also. Think ARXA?

You can't go wrong with Shure for that model I believe but there are others. I run a vintage Shure V15 type III with a Jico SAS stylus, think there's an old diamond cutter somewhere in Japan that chisels those out lol!I believe just a cartridge with a stylus. LP Gear N97xSE replacement for Shure N97xE stylus
Check out the deal on LP Gear N97xSE replacement for Shure N97xE stylus at LP Gearwww.lpgear.com
This is about as OEM as you're gonna get these days.
You could also have your original stylus re-tipped, but it's pretty cost prohibitive for a MM cart.
Gave my last Jico to a good friend about 10 years ago. They can sound awfully nice when paired-up with the right cart and tonearm. You can't go wrong with Shure for that model I believe but there are others.
