Not sure if you want a regular steel wheel or rallye, but I have a set of 4 used Mopar rallye wheels here. 14" x 5.5" small bolt pattern. They're not easy to get to, so I pulled out one to look for dates codes. Is the date code shown in this shot?

I have 1 that I know for a fact is from a 69 Dart GTS. The picture shows it with the tire mounted on it still but, I have since removed it. I'm in Lower Bucks Co., 19030 Zip code.
$35, you can come & get it. I'm about an hour ride from Sellersville.

I had to go down my basement to finish some laundry, so I took these close ups. It's hard to make out but the number to the left of the valve stem hole looks to be a 9.
I know for a fact that this wheel came from the trunk (spare tire) of a 69 Dart GTS 340, that a friend still owns & is this rare color from the factory.
