oil dipstick correct

i am wondering if i have the correct dipstick for my car. Its a 1974 valiant with the 225 /6 i just wanna know if other people have the same length and if its original. on one of the pictures is a piece of dipstick that i found in the oil pan

Yeah. I saw this earlier. I guess I'm seeing 27" inches on the tape measure? I mean seriously, the closeup of the 3" end is useless as tits on a boar hog. If it's 27" long, I've never seen one that long on a non truck slant 6. Does the dipstick tube seem to correspond?

sorry i didnt realize how blurry the picture of the tape measure was. its about 23 1/2 inches without the handle. how would i know if the dipstick tube is right

i think it reads good. They take about 5 quarts right?

Yup. 4 in the pan, one for the filter.
