I went to check the engine oil in my 1973 Duster today, and to my surprise, the engine oil dipstick was a few inches shorter than the last time I saw it a week ago, and the tip was curved. I don't know how it would have hit the crankshaft, but apparently it did. Whatever.
So I need a new engine oil dipstick. The sheet metal "stick" part was about 20 inches long. Or if you have a different length dipstick / tube assembly, that'll work too. I'll just change my tube if it is a different length.
Write here or PM me.
