Cubital tunnel release and ulnar nerve transposition surgery?

I’m going in for cubital tunnel release and ulnar nerve transposition surgery on both elbows December 23, I feel for you.

I had this done 4&1/2 years ago, it was a mess, multiple injuries, loose bodies in the joint, cubit tunnel syndrome & arthritis. Very limited range of motion, unable to straighten arm, numbness & My fingertips would stop 6" or more from the shoulder. He did a great job, cleared thru' & around the tunnel, removed 13 large calcification chunks, cleaned-up & smoothed the joint/radial ulna the best He could. I inquired about stem-cell therapy, they shared that once the procedure was complete, He drills a tiny hole into the bone to allow marrow to enter the area around the injured tissue. It took a little while, expect some muscle tissue atrophy, & an extension brace to stretch them out. It was a great decision to have it done, no more 'ice fatigue' or numbness, almost full range of motion, only some skin/subdermal numbness remains.....has no affect on it's performance.
Hope all goes well for You Steve,

Hope it goes well.
Been spending too much time in doctors offices myself.
Have kidney stone Lithotripsy(sonic break up of stones)next Friday. & had bunch of tests first. At least know now heart is great, checked out thoroughly 1st time since stent in 2011. After stent & ultrasound, back then to check it, was told had stones & had same procedure then.
& gardening got me going on skin problems that seem to last forever.

Prayers for your situation. What happened? It's a harsh reality to have to deal with, but don't loose sight of the blessings in your life. It's easy to focus on the negative things, and important to remember the positive. Hang in there. This too shall pass.

My little finger was always a little numb. Tripped over some suspension parts and fell on my elbow and now it got 10 times worse. Three fingers no pain, but I cannot grip anything . I even have to use my left hand to turn and open the house door. Feels like when you crack your crazy bone in your elbow and it won't go away.
