Maples are amongst the best for fall colors, but they do crank out a ton of leaves. Still better than the black walnuts. Then it's leaves and all the nuts scattered everywhere. Squirrels are slackingI think I'll hop on the rider and grind up some leaves. Keep ahead of it. There's a chance of some rain tonight and it will get windy over the weekend. so next week will be a repeat performance. The neighbor's Maple trees are done shedding but mine still has plenty on it. Chance of snow Saturday.

There is a big walnut across the fence at our other house. I just grind them up.
