AMD windshield moulding

Picked up a project car already painted. I just had the glass installed (clips are installed) but the stainless that came with the car look like crap.

What’s the thought about the AMD trim? Anyone ever used it?

yes I have used the trim .it is very soft and damages easy when installing. also some after market clips are very weak and don't hold the trim. I have had bad experiences with both trim and clips. Original trim is heavy duty stainless and can be repaired and buffed. just been down that road with a Duster. The bumpers are not much better, very thin. they look good with some straightening. you would never use a bumper jack on them. Great for a race car much lighter

I agree with oldmanmopar', tried them on my Demon, found the ends don't match up where they tuck in to each other

To be honest, I used 3 AMD pieces and I original. I didn't really compare them, they test fit fine? Maybe I got lucky?
