Unfortunately I Do know what that is.
I threw mine away while replacing my carpet, thought a previous owner had made it
Mine had the clips cut off and was attached with velcro.
I have only seen 1 other picture of a car with one since.
This was on my 65 Dart Gt 4 speed car.
Its a scuff pad that sits between gas pedal and trans hump.

Yup, toe plate/scuff plate. You don't see many because they rarely stayed attached- they're only held on by a couple of bent tabs into the carpet. And they're a royal pain to try to re-install.

Yup, late 64 and 64 a-body accelerator scuff plate. Hard to find in decent shape especially with attachment tabs intact!
doesn't mean they will get it! I have been watching the same 67 Dart seat belt ad on eBay for 3 years or so and they just want way too much for them
I know Dana, EBAY has mostly crazy $$$$ as does FakeBook !
