Spring? Still 17 days until winter starts. Your like the young guy at work wishing on Monday for Friday.Morning guys.
My son is heading to Punta Canna (sp) this morning at 10:30. There was a large storm headed their way so decided to head to Toronto last night and grab a hotel. Smart move.
We got a dusting basically overnight but supposed to get colder as the day goes.
So when is it Spring is supposed to arrive? Sooner the better in my books.
Keep warm and have a great day
Wood shed full, box stove rockin. Just putting the finishing touches on a memories box for my nephew. Been lazily snowing for the past two three days now got about 1 1/2”. But the lab is nice and warm. Make it a good guy’sHi Guys.
Well we got about 2" of snow and as the day went on it just got colder and colder.
Not even going to go out and clean it. May the guy who put it there take it away.

Is he out on parole now?Went to see my jail bird son today and got to meet his boss. Nice guy and is very happy with my kid working for him. Gave him a 2 dollar an hour raise and lets him be part of his family.
No work release, he can only go 10 miles from the facility and has to report in all the time and if not working he can only be out a couple hours a day.Is he out on parole now?
The cost of a new combine is way more than the damn thing is worth. Old is better because we can fix them.Looks like I made a deal to sell the 1st old combine. He put 300 down and said he will be back Tuesday morning with the other 1600. I told him it can wait till spring if he needs to get it.
Now to work on getting the Oliver running in the barn to sell that next. I will work on that this weekend.

I agree but this machine from 1983 no longer has many parts available. The Oliver next is a gas engine and 1974 so hard to get parts also. The one I am bidding on is a 1994 and might end up about 27,000 but I can still get parts for it.The cost of a new combine is way more than the damn thing is worth. People rent a new combine around here mostly but is 100,000 and might be more depending on the acreage.I agree but this machine from 1983 no longer has many parts available. I was told a new John Deere is over 700,000People rent a new combine around here mostly but is 100,000 and might be more depending on the acreage.
A positive step, that's encouraging. No work release, he can only go 10 miles from the facility and has to report in all the time and if not working he can only be out a couple hours a day.
