fully restored #'s matching 340 auto column shift

Red,black vinyl top, rear bumblebee stripe

what would be a fair price to offer based on todays market conditions?

IF I knew what it looked like, I'd give you a price. Pictures are worth alot in a question like this.

I think the question is "whats it worth to you?" To me $15,000, but to others as high as $40,000. Alot depends on the restoration, like fish said a picture is worth alot.
