I just order a set of mickey thompson et street drag radial 275/60/15 i was
told they was a good tire for the street. I have mt 29.5/10.5/15 slicks on it now i needed some to run on the street. I was wondering if anyone else ran these. They are on my 71 duster

I just bought the same tire for street/strip use but haven't run them yet. I would think it would be a fair weather only tire.

The m/t's are an excellent drag radial,so good i got rid of my slicks and run nothing else, but i don't use mine on the street i find them to be way too sticky and they tend to kick up everything on the road, and any thing you ride over ie:paper.cigaretes grass ect..sticks to them.i run my regular radials on the street, which isn't to often seeing as the duster spends most of it's time on the track...

Expect about 4 to 5k miles out of them at the most.

As Stroked340 says, they will pick up anything up to sewer lids!

They Do Hook. They Do Wear Pretty Quick Though. I Ran These The First Season My Son Started Racing. I Went Thru 2.5 Sets For The Season. I Switched To A Drag Slick For The Next Season. I Went Thru 1.5 Sets The Next Season. We Are Not Hard On Burnouts, Spin Them Until They Haze & Pull To The Line.

You Should Get Better Life Out Of Them. I Was Discarding Mine When They Got Down To The Wear Bars.

I am doing some changes to my rear suspension and was wondering if that 29.5 tall tire fit in stock wheelwell and what are you running spring relocators/mini tubes or what?

Well, you bought a 28 inch tall tire which is going to lower your gear ratio substantially. I would have went with the 295/65/15 which is 30 inches tall.

I have MT 20x10x15's on the rear of the Coronet. I was wary about them in the rain around here, but havent had a issue yet

There a great tire thats all that i run is those tires and i got my dad to change to them and he loves them. He runs a 275/60 and i run the 255/60 ET street Radials. I got a season of bracket racing out of mine. They prolly need to be replaced before this season. My dad will prolly get 2 seasons out of his.
