Well sold my 12 second Lt1 camaro to get back into my Mopars! Bought this 73 Dart Swinger, 318/A-C car. Stole it down here for $1300, slapped my welds on it and getting it ready for the street. Hopefully by summer i'll throw the 360 with steel crank and J heads together and get it turned into a beast!! Awesome site guys, always been an A body fan!

Welcome from another TEXAN. Man that 1,300 looks like 3,500. was it from the houston area?
 
Thanks guys, yeah I actually found that car on Craigslist, and I had been looking to sell the camaro cause its hard to keep legal. Found that car and it was my inspiration to get it gone and get an older ride once again. (I had a 74 dart sport and a 66 dart 270 previously) I saw the car and Immediately made the guy an offer. It has some semi-typical rust spots on the rear pillars, but it looks like its from the welds when they put on new quarter panels. The interior is awesome, all door panels are beautiful as well as dash and other panels in the car, only bad is a small rip on drivers side seat. Im sure I could turn the car around if i wanted to, but its way too nice to let go, so im sure I will enjoy it for years to come!

It should be on the road in about 2 weeks, so def keep an eye out DareDevil, good to know there's mopar guys around~!

The Mopar tribes are alive and flourishing here in Texas.

$1300 for a driver? Man, I've seen guys spend twice that on a roller. You DID steal it!!
