Do you happen to know the offset on the wheels and do they rub the outer wheel well? I am looking at these with the 27mm offset.

From what I understand the vent prior to 70' was too close to the ring gear and would fling gear oil out of the vent. The vent hole was moved further away from the ring gear.

I'm real sorry this had to happen to you. My older brother wreck my cherry 66' Dart GT in the same area right before I got my drivers license. Check your pitman arm. I didn't find out it was bent until I rebuilt the front end years later. I hope they find the A-hole. Best wishes.

I ended up using the Yukon axles for my early A body 8.75 as well as 72 Monaco 11 inch rear backing plates and drums.
