I can't honestly say, it was something I tried and it helped.

Older pumps pumped with less pressure, and the dispense tube on the pump handle was larger to more closely match the filler tube. I hold the pump handle upside down with today's pumps and listen for the sound to change and can hear when the gas is coming up the filler tube.

Supposedly this round rivals the .224. A buddy of mine( who has the money to build tools for coyote hunting like high end AR platform rifles has been into 6mm ARC and that round will reach out there. He has taken coyotes up to 600 yards in the dead of night.

It does, it certainly has piqued my interest.
