i am going to be ordering some 16x7 inch wheels for my 74 valiant. i know that the stock wheels are 14x6 i believe and so since the new wheels are 1 inch bigger do i just add the extra one inch of width to the backspacing of the stock wheel to get the backspacing of the 16inch wheel that i need?

I was wondering if anyone has seen a subframe connector that has the front spring perch on it so that it is moved inboard 3 inches for mini tubbing?
i heard there was but i cant seem to find anything.
Anyone know of this?
