Valiant 727 drive shaft

I will be installing a 727 to my 360 very shortly. I have an 8 1/4 rear right now and i would like to know what body style ( B body, C Body, etc) drive shaft would be best fit for my car?

I was told a B body drive shaft would be close due to the longer tail shaft of the 727. I used to have a 904 in the car if that helps at all

You need an A-body driveshaft that came from a 108" wheelbase car that had a 727 trans. and a 8-1/4 rearend. A driveshaft from any other body style will be way too long.

my friend has a b body shaft in his a body and a 727 and it seems to work well but he also has an 8 3/4..

It must have been shortened because stock it would be too long.
