Hello! I got a question. I have a 8 3/4 rear end and i bought new u-bolts for it on ebay but i think the ones i got are to wide. rear end is 76,2mm thats 3", the u-bolts i got from ebay is 82mm about 3,2" wide. I tried another set from a moparshop and they measure 80mm about 3,15" wide still...

Hmm... yeah doesnt look factory to me. Those welds are really ugly. Damn i really like to mount the belt there. Think i saw someone write in a thread that they done it but no photos of how they did it welding and reinforcing it.

I will go out to the garage after work and take off the trim and take some more photos and se what it looks like :)
