    GOT IT! it was a mix of, an old alternator, a bad voltage regulator, and worn-out connections, but some TLC and new parts did the trick!

    bought the cheapest one on amazon, worked perfectly! just keep in mind that it's a 2 piece set up to get the brake lines from leaking, and the kit only gives you half, but you can get the other half at AutoZone for cheap too! they let me do this!

    WORKED LIKE A CHARM! this does mean my amp gauge is shot unfortunately, could that in turn make my gauges stop working?

    so the last 2 things I have to check in the morning are; 1:fusible link integrity. 2:bulkhead integrity. if I don't find the problem by then I think I'm gonna sell my kidneys and look for aftermarket wiring and/or making a super basic harness myself. i just wanna get the car started

    noted! ill try hooking up the amp meter in the morning before work, and checking the fusible link, and start thinking about aftermarket wiring.

    both green and blue to ground is open, Fusible link is fine from what I can tell, anything I should look for?
