Yeah I didn’t say cheap but affordable. Nothing comes cheap that’s for sure. I went the cheaper route for years and ended up paying in the long run. The car is in a good place right now and I’m not doing anything half *** anymore. The new crate engine works amazing and makes me want to drive...

The motor is a fresh crate engine. It was custom built and dyno’d 452hp and 465 torque. No power adders.

It has a Transgo shift kit with a 2800 stall now.

The 904 works good still but I’ve had it in the car for 24 years. I’ve always wanted a manual.

Wow great information. Thank you. I’m thinking 3.55 or 3.73 gears to slow me to still take it on the highway at a reasonable cruising rpm. The 3.23 are great for highway but it’s slow getting off the line. I have a 318 in it now that ran 14.4 @ 92 Mph but she was a bit lazy getting going...
