Why would any of that matter, when the mopar chrome box works and the hi rev doesn't and that is the only difference?

the box must be bad , because right next to it on the fender the chrome box works perfectly. They are right next to each other and either one can be plugged in

I've had headers on my 69 340 dart since I bought it in 1981, never had an issue with changing the oil. Oil drips on headers when pulling the filter off big deal, thats what brake clean is for. Filter is tight and hard to get off, quit putting in on so tight and oil the seal before putting it...

I've never had a problem myself, but there are options to make it easier

Even a blind person can get jumper cables on these

Not if you put dielectric grease on the bolts and threads, you take them apart years later and they haven't changed at all

Side posts don't break and crack while being removed or rehooked up though , I prefer them myself
