Are you talking about using the factory throttle body? The holley hp cannot do drive by wire. What are you using for a throttle body?

If your putting a stock motor back to stock, all you need the the manufacturer recommended oil. You won't get better protection running thicker oil, you'll just give up power. Adding Zinc additives isn't necessary either as those are for older designs using modern oils. Manufacturing...
