The 413 should already have a forged crank. I would use some aftermarket aluminum closed chamber heads instead of the old 906s. Piston selection with the 413ci might be a problem, but those rv blocks are thick, and unless it is rusted out bad you should be able to bore it to 4.25.

It looks like you have the stock type sliding caliper setup. If you havent already done it you can replace the stock A body calipers with the later model police type, they have larger pistons and make quite a difference in stopping power. Putting some kind of power assist will do nothing to stop...
