On my 71 demon I replaced the stock alternator with a chrome Tuff Stuff one with the built on regulator. I removed the external regulator and the wiring installed the new alternator. I did not run a wire from the alternator to the positive battery post. Instead I used the stock connection...

Ok i got all my dash lights working on my 71 demon but now I keep blowing fuses. I also noticed that when the driver door is open an the interior light came on the dash lights flicker? Does the same with the high beam switch. Any ideas before I take it to an electrical shop. Thanks

I was thinking mid 13. I plan on 391 gears and other changes later in hopes for high 12. Thanks for the input.
