    Headder options for 340 / a833

I'm running TTI's. Very nice tight fit and works ok with the stock clutch linkage. They seal really nice and they sit high up and I haven't dragged them yet. The only down side is the expensive mini starter if you are going to run the 10.5 flywheel, but when you have a ton of money in the car...

    1965 valiant /6 to 340 a833 and 8 3/4 rear swap

Yes you will need the correct motor mount for an early A to a 340. It does work best if you can get some early A pedals from a donor. The trans cross member should work ok but you will need a drop center link. I do have a picture of the 2 drop center links I could post when I get in. The Z bar...

    65 Barracuda 4spd Trim

My 65 Barracuda 273 2bbl car came with that Shifter plate factory as well, not just the Commando cars. But correct, no pattern on the ball.

TTI exhaust fitment with a 727 in a 66 cuda

I did have a 340/727 in my 65 Barracuda (now a mag360 4sp) and yes it is a very tight fit and engine placement is very critical. And as mentioned you must cut the bolt head down that hold the oil filter adapter in place. Also I had to use the after market mini starter to clear the drivers side...

Front disk brakes for my 66 Valiant

If you upgrade to 10" drum spindles you can use this kit. Works well with 14" steel wheels and 14" ralley wheels. SSBC-USA A153 SSBC-USA Drum to Disc Brake Conversion Kits | Summit Racing

Need rear wheel backspacing suggestions for 65 valiant with mini tubs and inboard spring kit

I used the Percy's wheel rite to get my wheels centered in the wheel with no rubbing. It does take a bit of time to set up a simulated tire on it and then set up the back space but worth the time. I did not mini tub but did move my springs inboard. my rear rims are +24mm with a 5.95 back space...

    Early A-body Header Manifesto

I'm running TTI's on my 65 Barracuda (360,11.5 bell and a 833) and they do fit like a very tight glove. They do seem to fit a bit tighter to the floor than the Dougs, This comparison was on a 66 Valiant (360 727). For the Barracuda I did buy the complete exhaust kit and was very happy with the...

    Use of TTI headers

In all the A body Mopars I've put headers in over the years I've had to do more than a 'Dimple" in a few sets of headers. :lol:Feel good about a small dimple!

What was the year that the A body cars had this feature?

Both the 64 and the 65 Barracuda's I had have that style of connector.
