My Crager's have 4.25 BS, small bolt pattern, and stock front suspension with manual steering (not sure if power steering would make a difference, but thought I'd add that). Tires are close to the lip, but have never rubbed.

Yep. It should have a threaded rod. Pull it off, lengthen it about 1/8 to 1/4", then hook her back up and try it. It doesn't take much, maybe a couple turns.
I'm good with stock lugnuts and chrome acorns in 7/16 RH. I have a pair of 1" spacers I'm thinking of putting on the rear to fill out the wheel wells. They take the metric lugs, which I found on ebay.
