I believe the spindle is a bit out of wack on the outer race and is causing the bearing to sit funny and causing them to go bad. Also probably due to using cheap bearings and the combination of the two.

Yup snagging new bearings later today.

9" Drums, Outer race. The outer race in the hub is loose and is causing a clicking noise. I thought it was the bearing but after inspecting it I noticed the race is loose. I cannot pull it out but it does move. Is there a fix for this? New hub? If new hub anyone know where I can get...

You could do what I did and go rent a race puller. I broke it on the first couple tugs and ended up pounding them out with a flat punch. Also rented a race installer that worked amazingly. When using the race installer use one that is a few sizes bigger to get it flush before you pound it in the...
