I know this sounds like a very basic question but i just received a purge valve ( its a cp 104) and it will be going to be teed into the PCV valve line . I would assume this will go in down stream of the canister. the valve has the two lines one is marked tank and the other can. the third...

so what is the function of the this float bowl valve from the canister?? is it reasonable to just block it off at the canister? and would things work as intended

the Carburetor that i want to use does not have a nipple for the float bowl valve . instead of blocking it off at the canister would it be feasible to route this into the air breather assembly on the outside of the air filter, in that housing ?.

I currently have a single barrel carb on the car and want to convert to the 2 barrel super six arrangement . the existing carb has provision for the carb bowl vent line from the canister that connects to the top of the carb. The replacement carb ( carter o- 2543 doesnt have that provision)...
I need to replace the vinyl roof on this car but I'm having trouble matching the factory off white color. Is there any way that the Vin can give me the colour or anywhere else i can find it.

I noticed that the vacuum line located at the distributor advance , when pulled off, contained a fair amount of engine oil. Any suggestion as to why and how to fix this,

Can you take a picture of the vacum lines for me as i also have one of these and can't find a schematic that show the 4 lines and where they are routed to.
